Based on the company’s existing 2,000-square-meter laboratory building, a 500-square-meter expansion area will be added this time, focusing on upgrading the polymer material analysis laboratory and the formulation R&D center. After the expansion, the laboratory building will introduce advanced equipment such as Dynamic Mechanical Analyzers (DMA) and High-Performance Liquid Chromatographs (HPLC), enabling a full-process R&D closed loop from raw material purity testing to finished product performance verification. It is expected that R&D efficiency will increase by 30%, providing stronger technical support for the iteration of new-type epoxy curing agents and special amine-based products.

Simultaneously, the construction of a new 20-mu (approximately 13,333-square-meter) factory area is also advancing, with plans to build a methanol production line and supporting storage facilities. After the commissioning of this production line, the company will achieve self-sufficiency in methanol—a core raw material. Through vertical integration of the supply chain, it is expected to reduce raw material procurement costs by 15%-20%, significantly enhancing the market competitiveness of its products. In the meantime, the new factory area will adopt intelligent control systems to realize full-process automation in raw material storage & transportation and reaction regulation, meeting high standards for environmental protection and safety.

This expansion is not only a strategic layout in response to the upgrading of the new material industry but also a concrete practice of the company’s "dual-driver (technology + cost)" development model. In the future, with a more comprehensive R&D system and a more optimized cost structure, the company will continue to provide high-quality products for fields such as coatings, adhesives, wind power, electronics, and composite materials, contributing to the green and low-carbon development of the epoxy resin and polyurethane industries.
